In actual use, due to the influence of various factors such as equipment manufacturing and technology, the recovery device always has shortcomings of one kind or another. Therefore, people have been looking for an ideal powder recovery system to solve the problem of powder recovery during the spraying equipment process. This device can be divided into four parts: suction section, separation section, filter section and discharge section. The suction section consists of a freely adjustable air plate, an adjustment system and an air outlet. Its function is to inhale powder dust or unused powder floating in the air from the spray equipment room into the separation system to separate it.

The separation section of the spraying machine consists of a cyclone separation cylinder, a filter screen and an air inlet and outlet. Its function is to use a specific cyclone separation cylinder device to allow the usable powder to enter the original powder box and mix with the original powder, and then enter the spray equipment cycle again, while the other part of the powder with very small particles is difficult to be adsorbed in the electric field of the spray equipment. to electrons and become charged. If these waste powders are not separated in time and are continuously added to the original powder, the amount of available powder in the original powder will become less and less, and the effective powder of the spraying equipment per unit time will become less and less, resulting in the workpiece film of the spraying equipment. Thick and thin.

 The powder coating and gas mixture coming out of the separation section enters the filter section, which consists of a filter chamber, a waste powder collection box and a clean gas system. At the same time, the pulse period and air flow intensity can be adjusted according to the actual production conditions to achieve the best recovery effect. Here, the filter element and pulse gas are more critical. If the filter element is not good, it will easily lead to unclean filtration, causing the discharged fine powder to enter the atmosphere, affecting the surrounding environment. In severe cases, it will cause local dust concentration to be too high, causing an explosion.
